Belocean
Belocean was established in February 2018. Today it is a modern enterprise for primary oil refining to provide the population, industrial and agricultural enterprises with oil products. The production is located in the northwestern part of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the territory of the Shymkent . Its advantage is its close proximity to the sources of raw materials — the fields of the Caspian oil and gas province.
